Annotatsiya
The article discusses the role of uterine hemodynamics in assessing endometrial receptivity, emphasizing the importance of adequate blood supply for successful embryo implantation. Modern diagnostic methods, such as ultrasound Doppler ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasound, allow a deeper understanding of the relationship between blood flow in the uterus and the state of the endometrium, which is of significant clinical importance for the treatment of infertility.
