Annotatsiya

The article analyzes the frequency, clinical and anatomical features and the nature of concomitant anomalies in anorectal malformations in 246 boys out of 504 children with the indicated pathology, observed in the clinical databases of the Department of Hospital Pediatric Surgery at Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. 220 (89.4%) of 246 patients are assigned to the group of basic clinical forms; 26 (10.6%) - rare regional forms of AWP. To verify the nosological forms and associated anomalies, special diagnostic methods were used. Recurrent and iatrogenic rectourethral fistulas are difficult to diagnose.
