Self-management is an important part of any study, but this is very important for online course. Many countries use distance learning based on modern Information and Communication Technologies in order to train quality personnel in the education system. The experience of the education system shows that the opportunities to radically improve the quality of personal through the use of the Internet and Information and Communication Technologies in the learning process as a means of acquiring, storing, transmitting new knowledge and practical decision-making are expanding.
