Annotatsiya

The purpose of this review is to analyze modern organizational approaches to providing medical care to patients with osteoporosis in the context of the digital transformation of healthcare. Current models of dispensary supervision, mechanisms of interdisciplinary interaction, possibilities of medical information systems and digital technologies of patient support are considered. It is shown that the introduction of analytical and digital tools contributes to improving the efficiency of medical care management, improving preventive measures and ensuring the continuity of follow-up of patients with osteoporosis
