This study investigates the importance of standard agarose gel electrophoresis in the detection of PCR (polymerase chain reaction) products. The process of separation and visualization of DNA fragments obtained through PCR was analyzed. Agarose gel electrophoresis allows effective separation of DNA fragments based on their size. The results demonstrate that this method is simple, reliable, and widely used for detecting PCR products. This approach has significant practical importance in the fields of molecular biology and genetics.
