This article analyzes the importance of forming a healthy spiritual and psychological environment in educational institutions. The author provides detailed information about the concept of spiritual and psychological environment, factors in its formation, and its impact on the educational process. Additionally, the article examines innovative approaches, foreign experiences, and the national model. It is emphasized that creating a spiritual and psychological environment helps improve the quality of education, strengthen students' motivation, and aid their social adaptation.
