The family plays an important role in shaping personality and the stability of society. In Uzbekistan, traditional family values ​​remain important, but social and economic changes are leading to increased conflict. The article examines the causes of family crises, their manifestations and the impact on the mental health of spouses. Effective methods of psychological assistance that take into account national characteristics are analyzed.
