Annotatsiya
The article presents the results of a study onassessing the comparative effectiveness of antiplatelet drugs acetylsalicylic acid and alltrombosepin on the functional reserve of the kidneys in 40 patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) STAGE III. Studies have shown that long-term use of allthrombosepine improves functional reserve of the kidneys. Thus, our research once again confirmed that a widely used antiplatelet agent made from local raw materials, alltrombosepin is not inferior to acetylsalicylic acid, which has been used for a long time in CKD.
