In this article, changes in the system of remuneration and pension provision in rural areas of the Fergana Valley regions (Fergana, Andijan, and Namangan) during 1945-1965 are analyzed on a historical basis. The main attention in the postwar period was paid to the economic assessment of the labor of dekhkans working in collective and state farms, state-established wage rates, as well as updates related to pension provision for collective farmers. The article is based on archival materials, periodicals, statistical data, and scientific literature, revealing the territorial and social differences of Soviet labor policy.
