This article is dedicated to Article 1952 of the Code of Administrative Liability of the Republic of Uzbekistan (CAL), which addresses the administrative offense related to the distortion and dissemination of photo and/or video materials of law enforcement officers in a manner that leads to their defamation. The article examines the legal characteristics of this offense, analyzing the content of the article, its place in the legislation, subjective and objective aspects, practical application, and theoretical significance.
