Annotatsiya

The study was conducted at the Department of Allergology and Pulmonology of the Samarkand Medical Center in 49 families of patients with bronchial asthma. The polymerase chain reaction method was used to study the identification of 27 nucleotide pairs repeated 4/5 times in intron 4 (4b, 4a) of the eNOS3 gene in 193 individuals included in the study.
