In this article, today's educational reforms and development processes in modern schools, specific features, achievements and disadvantages, advantages of modern approaches to primary education in Uzbekistan, effective organization of the educational process using specific tools Necessity, practical comparative analysis of new generation textbooks based on the "National Curriculum", how competence, listening comprehension, reading comprehension and written speech develop in students, their significance, the essence of the educational system of developed foreign countries are highlighted.
