THE SIGNIFICANCE OF EMBRYOTROPIC AUTOANTIBODIES IN ADENOMYOSIS

In our study, embryotropic antibodies were detected in blood serum using the ELIP test to evaluate the body's immunoreactivity in perimenopausal women with adenomyosis. Determined shifts in immunoreactivity indicate the initial mechanisms' readiness to implement new foci of endometriosis. Perhaps, the solution to the problems of preventing the recurrence of internal endometriosis (adenomyosis) lies in correcting the state of the immune system, taking into account the reactivity, as well as the endocrine-metabolic adaptation-homeostatic reactions mediated by it in the female body.
