IMPROVING METHODS FOR RESTORING NATURAL FERTILITY IN WOMEN WITH INFERTILITY CAUSED BY ENDOMETRIOSIS

Annotatsiya

The paper presents an analysis of data on restoring natural fertility in women with infertility due to endometriosis to increase the effectiveness of infertility treatment. The purpose of the study was to improve the effectiveness of infertility treatment by methods of restoring natural fertility in patients with external genital endometriosis. According to the results of the survey, rational treatment of infertility in patients with stage I-II endometriosis of the external genitalia allows natural restoration of fertility in 40.2% of cases.

Restoration of natural fertility (RNF), external genital endometriosis (EGE), clomiphene citrate (CC), normalization of body weight, correction of metabolic disorders, stimulation of ovulation, gonadotropin-releasing factor antagonists, combined oral contraceptives (COCs).восстановление естественной фертильности (ВЕФ), наружный генитальный эндометриоз (НГЭ), кломифенцитрат (КЦ), нормализация массы тела, коррекция метаболических нарушений, стимуляция овуляции, антагонисты рилизинг-фактора гонадотропинов, комбинированные оральные контрацептивы (КОК).
