This article examines English literary works as a medium for understanding cultural diversity and intercultural communication in the contemporary global context, where such interactions are characterized by increasing intensity and complexity. The study emphasizes that the nature and effectiveness of intercultural communication are influenced by multiple factors, particularly auto-stereotypes and hetero-stereotypes held by representatives of different cultural communities.
