Annotatsiya
This article presents the results of a comparative study of moisture absorption activity and technological parameters of the dry extract of Samarkand immortelle and the encapsulated mass based on it. To determine the moisture absorption properties, the modified gravimetric method proposed by S.A. Nosovitskaya was used. The study of technological parameters was conducted according to the methods outlined in the State Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The hygroscopicity of the encapsulated mass is linearly dependent on the ambient humidity. However, when compared with similar indicators of the dry extract, it was found that these properties during encapsulation decreased by 1.39 times (at 58% relative humidity), 1.37 times (at 79% relative humidity), 1.40 times (at 90% relative humidity), and 1.44 times (at 100% relative humidity). A significant improvement in all technological parameters was also observed, indicating a scientifically based approach to selecting the type and quantity of excipients for obtaining the encapsulated mass.
