This article discusses the legal grounds for reinstatement of an employee who was illegally fired by the employer and transferred to another job in the labor legislation. In addition, in the article, based on sources and real life examples, the employee can defend his right by appealing to the court when he is convinced of the illegal termination of the employment contract by the employer. The article is intended for the general public and can be used as a resource by industry experts, students, and employees of organizations and enterprises.
