This article examines the rights of individuals under criminal prosecution, with a particular focus on suspects. The author presents their views on the rights and obligations of this participant in criminal procedural legislation. Additionally, the article analyzes gaps and theoretical issues related to the rights of suspects as defined in the legislation.
