This The article examines the potential of exchange-traded bonds as a tool for attracting financial resources to enterprises with state participation, analyzes the regulatory conditions for the issuance and circulation of exchange-traded bonds in the Republic of Uzbekistan, provides recommendations on improving regulatory documents and organizational conditions for expanding the issuing activities of joint-stock enterprises with state participation in the sector of exchange-traded bonds of the national securities market of Uzbekistan.
