Annotatsiya

The article examines the moral and legal aspects of euthanasia. The main definitions of euthanasia and its types are considered, as well as issues related to the moral justification for ending life in cases of incurable diseases. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the legal regulation of euthanasia in various countries and the differences in approaches to its legalization. The article emphasizes the importance of respect for the human right to freedom of choice and dignity, as well as the need to comply with strict legal norms to prevent abuses in the application of euthanasia.
