This scientific article examines the legal framework established in the Republic of Uzbekistan to combat corruption within the judicial system. It explores the key legislative measures, institutional mechanisms, and reforms aimed at promoting transparency, accountability, and integrity in the judiciary. The article analyzes the constitutional provisions, laws, and regulations that govern the prevention, detection, and prosecution of corruption offenses within the judicial sector. It also discusses the challenges and opportunities in implementing these legal measures and suggests potential areas for further improvement. The article emphasizes the significance of a robust legal framework in ensuring an independent and impartial judicial system that upholds the rule of law and protects the rights of citizens.
