Annotatsiya

The article is devoted to the problem of criminalization of influence peddling, which poses a serious threat to public safety and trust in government institutions. The article examines the essence and mechanisms of influence trading, as well as its consequences for society and state institutions. The effectiveness of existing measures to combat this phenomenon is assessed and ways to strengthen the fight against corruption in the sphere of influence are proposed. As a result, the article calls for the criminalization of abuse of influence in order to eliminate influence peddling and ensure transparency and honesty in public life.
