This article explores the importance of anti-corruption examination of normative legal acts and their drafts as one of the key tools in combating corruption. It analyzes the legal definition of anti-corruption examination, based on the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a comparative analysis with other countries. The article highlights the role of anti-corruption examination in preventing corruption at the stage of legislative activity, which contributes to forming a transparent and fair legal system. The article also considers different approaches to conducting anti-corruption examination and analyzes the practices of applying this procedure in different jurisdictions, providing an opportunity to assess the effectiveness and limitations of existing anti-corruption control mechanisms.
