In this article, the author focused on the concept of bribery and its criminal-legal description. In addition, in the article, the author gave his opinion on how to study the problem of bribery not only from a criminal-legal point of view, but also in the sense of qualifying and defining the corresponding criminal aggressions, as well as distinguishing them from similar crimes.
