Annotatsiya

This article is devoted to the problems of interaction between bioethics and law. The article comprehensively examines bioethical principles as the basis for the formation of the right to health. As a result of the research, the historical and legal prerequisites for the emergence of a direct and integral link between bioethics and the right to health have been identified. In conclusion, proposals have been developed to increase the role and influence of bioethics on the legal basis of medical activity.
