The article analyzes the norms related to corruption in the law of administrative responsibility of the republics of Belarus, Azerbaijan, RF, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, and makes proposals based on the code of administrative responsibility, since it is necessary to ensure the administrative and legal provision of operational-search activities.
