On the basis of scientific analysis of the concept of operational-search activity, social-legal relations in the article, OSA participants are divided into three groups. Having entered into a scientific dispute with the opinions of legal scholars, a scientific-theoretical definition of the concept of “quick-search relations” has been developed.
