Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the concepts of “rape”, “violence”, “sexual violence” and the types and signs of sexual violence crimes committed against minors. Also, the historical stages of prosecution for sexual violence committed against children have been studied. The article examines the types of crimes of sexual violence committed against minors and divides them into categories according to their characteristics.
