This article describes the legal bases of investigation of cyberterrorism crimes. This article analyzes the legislation regulating the investigation of cybercrimes, first of all, the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is considered our main encyclopedia, and other laws and subordinate legislation.
