The article analyzes the socio-legal nature of fraud, its modern manifestations, and advanced mechanisms used in the prevention of this type of crime. It also identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the existing fraud prevention system in Uzbekistan and proposes measures to improve its effectiveness.
