Annotatsiya

This article examines the issues related to the monitoring of compliance with labor legislation and the supervision of its implementation by authorized state bodies and trade unions in the pre-trial resolution of individual labor disputes, as well as their significance and characteristics. Based on the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and scientific doctrines, analyses of the main methods of protecting labor rights are provided.
