In today's economy, counterfeiting and counterfeit goods are among the most serious economic crimes. Alongside law enforcement, customs services play a key role in countering the transnational movement of counterfeit products around the world. Customs regulation is carried out through the establishment of administrative-legal relations and the application of customs legislation.
