Annotatsiya

The purpose of this article is to analyze corruption, its causes, consequences and signs, the impact of corruption on public administration and the social sphere. In addition, international and national legislative documents and the activities of international organizations in the fight against corruption, their mutual cooperation, and the state policy, adopted laws, and strategies in Uzbekistan on combating corruption are analyzed and studied. Proposals are made to improve the rule of law based on the experience of countries on issues of liability for corruption-related crimes.
