This article explores the role of legal consciousness and legal culture in the construction of a rule-of-law state, the ways to develop them, and the mechanisms for shaping legal awareness in society. It also analyzes the scientific and theoretical views of legal scholars and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in this regard.
