Annotatsiya

The article analyzes international experience and models in the legal regulation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Ethical, legal, and social issues associated with the rapid development of AI, as well as ways to address them, are examined. Legislative initiatives of the USA, the European Union, China, and other countries are reviewed, with particular focus on data security, algorithmic transparency, and accountability. The importance of international cooperation and the need to establish global standards are emphasized. Proposals for regulating AI in Uzbekistan are developed.
