Annotatsiya

This article addresses the current challenges in the pre-trial investigation of economic crimes in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author analyzes the causes of inefficiency in investigative procedures and emphasizes the need to integrate modern information and communication technologies (ICT) into the work of investigative authorities. The article proposes concrete measures for digitalizing investigation processes, improving inter-agency cooperation, and enhancing the professional skills of investigators. Implementing these measures is expected to improve the quality and efficiency of investigations, while also ensuring legality and the inevitability of accountability.
