Annotatsiya

The article explores the legal basis of entrepreneurial activity of higher education organizations. The prospects for the reorganization of State Higher Education Institutions in the form of a Joint-Stock Company, the positive results expected from this, as well as the possible risks were also studied. The experience of foreign countries has been studied and proposals for improving national legislation have been put forward.
