Annotatsiya

This article examines the enhancement of shareholders’ rights and the improvement of mechanisms protecting these rights in Uzbekistan. It explores the legal framework, institutional safeguards, recent reforms, and challenges in corporate governance. The study highlights the role of minority shareholders, the effectiveness of judicial and regulatory protections, and international best practices. Practical recommendations for further development are provided to strengthen investor confidence and corporate transparency. The findings are relevant for legal experts, investors, policymakers, and corporate managers aiming to foster a more secure and competitive investment climate in Uzbekistan.
