The article provides a comprehensive analysis of national and international legal frameworks for combating domestic violence. Key provisions of national legislation regulating the prevention and response to domestic violence are examined, including the provisions of the Law "On the Protection of Women from Harassment and Violence," as well as other regulatory legal acts aimed at ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of victims.
