Annotatsiya

This article presents a comparative legal analysis of experiences in modernizing the institution of advocacy in the Republic of Singapore, Japan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as Germany and France. In the course of the research, the institutional model of each state, the directions of reforms, the system of free legal aid, digitalization, and continuing education mechanisms are examined. As a conclusion, six key trends in the modernization of the advocacy institution are identified, and their practical significance for national reforms is substantiated.
