In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy, objects that exist exclusively in the digital environment are gaining increasing importance. Among such objects are digital assets, which include NFTs, internet memes, and video games. This paper examines the theoretical and legal aspects of the concept of digital assets, their classification, and analyzes their legal nature in the context of contemporary challenges in jurisprudence. Particular attention is given to the legal status «digital assets» and it`s objects such as NFTs, internet memes, and video games. Based on an analysis of foreign experience, the article proposes ways to improve the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan to adapt it to the digital reality
