Annotatsiya

This article examines methodological approaches to establishing a system for the management and disposal of municipal property in the administrative-territorial units of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It analyzes the current regulatory and legal framework, reveals the specific features of the institutional structure for municipal property management, and proposes ways to improve the mechanisms for its accounting, use, and control. Particular attention is paid to delineating powers between local government authorities and increasing the efficiency of municipal asset management.
