Annotatsiya

This article examines the administrative-legal mechanism of state management in the field of urban planning and construction, focusing on its theoretical-conceptual foundations and distinctive characteristics. The study applies broad and narrow interpretations of the concept of state management to the sector, analyzing the correlation between imperative and dispositive administrative instruments. The author introduces the novel concept of “Digital Urban Planning Control” into the national administrative law theory and proposes systemic recommendations aimed at improving the national legislation.
