LEGAL GUARANTEES FOR THE REALIZATION OF WOMEN'S RIGHT TO EDUCATION IN UZBEKISTAN

Annotatsiya
This article examines the legal guarantees for ensuring women's right to education from the perspective of the sustainable development concept. It analyzes the development trends of Uzbekistan's national legal framework based on the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Guarantees of Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men," and the Presidential Decree of 3 March 2026. The article also provides a comparative legal analysis of similar legal institutions and practices in the United States, African countries (Rwanda, Kenya, and Uganda), and Central Asian states (Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan). Based on the findings, proposals are formulated for further improving the national legislation aimed at strengthening legal guarantees for women's right to education.
