Annotatsiya
This article presents the results of standardizing capsules based on the dry extract of Samarkand immortelle. Studies were conducted to assess and establish standards for qualitative and quantitative indicators such as appearance, average capsule weight, average weight of capsule contents, as well as deviations from these indicators, disintegration, dissolution, microbiological purity, and the quantitative content of total flavonoids calculated as isosalipurposide. The determination of the above-mentioned indicators was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1st edition, and the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation, 14th edition. Based on the results of research on the standardization of the analyzed capsules, standards for the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the capsules have been established. The obtained data will serve as a basis for developing regulatory documentation for capsules based on the dry extract of Samarkand immortelle.
