Annotatsiya
The paper examines cardiovascular disorders in connective tissue dysplasia with an emphasis on the role of the autonomic nervous system in the clinical manifestation of the disease. Changes in cardiac morphology are discussed, including deficiencies in the structure of the pericardium, endocardium, and valves, considered as minor cardiac anomalies. Objects of study include mitral and tricuspid valve prolapse, aortic root dilation, aortic sinus aneurysms, and other significant anomalies. Evidence is provided of the relationship between connective tissue changes, valve function, and hemodynamic disturbances. Pathologies resulting from improper myocardial nutrition and mechanical effects that lead to deterioration in the functional state of the heart and increase the risk of arrhythmia in patients with CTD are discussed.
