Studies have been conducted to study the specific activity of film-coated tablets of a combined composition containing sacubitril and valsartan as active substances. The results of the studies have shown that according to the classification of substances by toxicity, this drug is low-toxic and the drug "Savagen" - film-coated tablets in doses of 50 mg, 100 mg and 200 mg manufactured by NOVUGEN PHARMA LLC, Uzbekistan in comparison with the analog drug "Yuperio™" - film-coated tablets in doses of 50 mg, 100 mg manufactured by Novartis Pharma SpA, Italy in terms of specific action, the drugs were biologically equivalent.
