Annotatsiya

Ligation of esophageal varices (EV) is the main method of endoscopic treatment of bleeding in portal hypertension. This article discusses the effectiveness and safety of the method, analyzes clinical results and complication rates. The study included patients with liver cirrhosis and ligation of esophageal varices who underwent endoscopic ligation. The results show that the method is highly effective in stopping bleeding and preventing relapses.
