An analysis of the uterine tubes in girls aged 1-30 days, and at 3, 6, and 12 months was conducted. The intramural, middle, and ampullary sections were studied. The volumetric proportions of the surface epithelium, the lamina propria of the mucous membrane, the muscular layer, the cartilage plate, and the activity coefficient of the tubal villi were assessed. Differences in the dynamics of development in the sections of the uterine tube were identified. The most significant changes were observed in the ampullary section, where an increase in the volumetric proportion of the surface epithelium from 24.4% to 31.4% and an increase in the tubal villi activity coefficient from 0.72 to 0.89 were noted. The intramural and middle sections demonstrated more stable indicators. The study revealed uneven development of the structural units of the uterine tube in girls during the first year of life, with the most pronounced changes occurring in the ampullary section. The data obtained can serve as a reference for assessing the normal development of the reproductive system and for the early diagnosis of potential abnormalities.
