Annotatsiya

In this article, when obtaining a dry extract from the raw material of the yantak (camel thorn) plant, widespread in the regions of Uzbekistan, extractants were introduced, the amount of dry extract was determined, chemical qualitative reactions were carried out and the amount of rutin content was determined. When determining authenticity by TLC, mixtures of organic solvents (system) were selected and the display value Rf = 0.56 ± 0.02 in 30% acetic acid.

Yantak - (camel thorn), acetic acid, sodium alkali, FEC, magnesium oxide, iodine vapor.Янтак - (верблюжья колючка), уксусная кислота, натриевая щелочь, ФЭК, магния оксид, пары йода.Yantoq - (верблюжья колючка), sirka kislotasi, natriy ishqori, FEK, magniy oksidi, yod bug’i.
